Saint Jacob Scallops served with dragon fruit and kiwi compote, topped with steamed creamy leeks served with malibu crushed ice.

Risotto Al Nero Di Seppia

Arborio risotto, sun dried tomatoes, chives, smoked salmon and squid ink topped with a delocate jus.

Fegato D'oca Alle Erbe

Seared foie gras, crushed black pepper, saute spring onions served on a bed of deep fried water cress salad.

Pesce Spada Carpaccio

Thin sliced sword fish, marinated with truffle oil, sweet lemon jus reduction, marjoran and red wine, served on  a bed of rocket salad.

Gnocchi Con Spinaci

Home Made spinach and potato dumplings, served with aubergines and purple broccoli pure.

 

Main Course

Anatra All Agro Dolce

Oven roast duck breast wth peaches, demi glace, watermelon, strawberrys and duck broth topped with saute mandels in balsamic and brown sugar sauce.

Tacchino Natalizio

Oven roast turkey with nutmeg and pistacchio sauce served with all the traditional trimmings.

San Pietro Al Champagne

Pan fried fillets of John Dory with red grapes, champagne and creme fraiche sauce topped with rosti potatoes.

Tagliatelle Alle Ostriche

Poached oysters, tagliatelle with lavender butter and shredded cucumber served with fontina bruschetta.

Filetto Alle Noci

Pan fried fillet steak glazed with honey, filled with spinach and juniper, served on a rich walnut and chilli sauce.
