SANCERRE BLANC

Attractive pale gold colour. The nose, which can be quite closed when young, is aromatic with full fruits rather than minerals. This is typical of the appellation. The palate is rich, fruity and shows great length. Best served chilled. Drink on its own as an aperitif or with seafood and white meats.
CHABLIS

Chablis has a pale colour with a distinctly delicate bouquet with fruit aromas and hints of oak. On the palate it is generous with well-balanced flavours of apple and honey.

A classic chardonnay from the fertile Riverina area. Intense tropical fruit flavours combine with toasty oak to give a rich but supple mouth-feel. Ideal with rich food.

Sauvignon Blanc has a powerfully aromatic bouquet with hints of tropical lime, complex layers of flavours overlay the palate from mango to earthy capsicum. A classic Marlborough Sauvignon.

Ruby red colour. The nose has typical Pinot Noir fruit. On the palate it is delicious, earthy and Spicy with a hint of cherry.
GIGONDAS LA TOUR SARRAZINE1996/1998 13.50% Volume
Gigondas Tour Sarrazine is a blend of 80% Grenache with some Syrah and Mourvedre with longer aging before release. The vineyard is very stoney and low yielding and the vines are between 30 and 50 years old. It shows great richness with developed flavour of spice and dry fruits. Very long and supple in the mouth.

The appearance of this superb wine is quite stupendous. Very concentrated and dark. The bouquet is with complexity of the fruit. The palate is rich and full with black fruit aromas and an exceptional concentration. The depth of flavour and the never ending finish have supreme balance.

Crianza is produced in a traditional way from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes and then aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. The deep cherry coloured wine is smooth and elegant with hints of ripe fruits and oak together make a long finish.

100% Pinot Grigio grapes which are harvested during September then de-stemmed, crushed and left to a brief cold maceration to bring out the primary aromas. The faint pinkish hue tends towards light copper. Fresh, delicate aromas that open up in the glass and an excellent balance between mellow fruit and fresh acidity on the palate.
