The head chef, Riccardo Silvestri, was born in a small village near venice and has been passionate about food from a very young age.

Ricardo has worked in top restaurants in France, Germany and the UK, where he has worked in London and the Midlands.

Ricardo has a natural flair for creating a modern interpretation of italian cuisine - a unique eye for detail and a burning ambition to evolve the flavours and textures in his cooking - as can be seen from the menu at Bella Luna.
